Terms of Service

Scope

These terms apply to all locksmith services provided by Randburg Locksmith across Randburg and surrounding suburbs.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in South African Rand and confirmed in writing before work begins. Emergency and after-hours surcharges are disclosed on the phone before dispatch.

Non-destructive entry

We attempt non-destructive entry on all lockout jobs. Drilling or destructive entry is only performed with your written permission on-site.

Warranty

All new hardware carries the manufacturer's warranty. Our workmanship is warranted for 12 months from date of installation.

Proof of ownership

We require proof of ownership, tenancy or authority before opening any property, vehicle or safe. This protects both you and us.

Payment

Payment is due on completion via card, EFT or cash. An itemised invoice is provided.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the work performed. We carry public liability insurance for all on-site work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
